I was just having a look around in my archives and came across this in a 1999 folder. Probably around the time I was moving my cartoon business into the digital/computer age. It has a link on THANK YOU card there for my first web site: http://www.richardduszczakcartoons.co.uk Can you believe I ever chose a name like that. No one could ever spell it for a starter!!! I did have this comment thrown at me and then quickly went out and bought http://www.cartoonstudio.co.uk

But what I’m trying to show you here is that I sent out this little postcard with my invoice – thanking them for the business. How many people actually thank someone for the business – do you?
