Gravy Train

It’s Election Time here in the UK and for the last few weeks we’ve tons and tons of political broadcasts, debates and junk mailshots through the letterbox from all parties involved.
This is probably the only political cartoon I’ve ever drawn. Quite a few years ago – when Neil Kinnock was the leader of the Labour Party. I’m afraid I’ve never been interested in politics so I’ve kept well away from this field of cartooning!

Cartoonist decides NOT to retire!

I’m a great believer in the saying ‘you’re never too old to
learn’. So I’m considering becoming a top banker after seeing
what they pay in pensions!(£700,000/$995,000 a year from
50!)
Having just looked at what’s in my pension fund I’ve decided
to carry on drawing cartoons for a few more years yet. So rest
assured you will continue to get the same quality service
for years to come!
My minuscule pension!
